Location São Paulo, Brazil (Hybrid or Remote if outside São Paulo) From 5411 Hub, we are leading the search for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join an important company specializing in Marketing and Data solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. We are looking for a highly motivated professional with strong ties to marketing and sales teams within the pharma sector, and a proven ability to build relationships with clients in this segment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to grow within a company that is actively building and expanding its presence in Brazil. Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and engage prospects within the pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing segment. Leverage existing networks and industry connections to develop new business opportunities. Collaborate closely with the leadership team to design and implement growth strategies. Actively participate in strategic discussions and value-driven proposals to strengthen client relationships. Maintain a consultative sales approach with constant focus on results and client satisfaction. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Growth roles. Strong relationships or daily interaction with Marketing and Sales departments (preferably in the pharmaceutical industry). Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese required, Spanish is a plus). Proactive, empowered, and results-driven mindset with high attention to client needs. Strong strategic thinking and willingness to participate in shaping the company’s growth. What We Offer Competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives.
