The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and configuring SAP modules to meet business needs. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP functionality and a proven ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.**Key Responsibilities:*** Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business processes and requirements.* Perform system configuration in one or more SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, PP).* Develop functional specifications for custom developments, interfaces, and reports.* Conduct system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.* Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP systems, troubleshooting issues and resolving user inquiries.* Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and training materials.* Support data migration activities and system upgrades.**Required Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or a related field.* Proven experience as an SAP Functional Analyst with hands-on configuration experience in at least one core SAP module.* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.* Experience with full-cycle SAP implementation projects is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
