Order Entry Specialist

The Red Hat Finance team is looking for a Order Entry Specialist to join us in São Paulo, Brasil. In this role, you will be responsible for key duties related to review Quotes and Order Forms for accuracy and completeness, ensure all Orders are approved within pricing and discount policies You'll play an integral part in ensuring an accurate and timely month-end close for Red Hat's bookings. Also, you will need to be able to communicate clearly and effectively with other teams both inside and outside of finance, including Bid Desk, Sales, Legal, Project Accounting, Sales Operations, IT Support, and product owners.What you will do:- Review Quotes and Order Forms for accuracy and completeness- Ensure all Orders are approved within pricing and discount policies- Interface to Deals Desk, Finance and Legal as needed (i.e. revenue recognition) Attend regional forecast calls and perform pipeline analysis to ensure forecast accuracy- Entry Orders in Oracle SystemWhat you bring:- 3-5 years of proven experience of Order Management in a software sales organization- Organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment- Experience with a Oracle system- Has been in a role supporting Sales Reps and Sales Territories- Strong listening, analytic and organizational skills- Ability to prioritize to meet business needs- Team Player with positive attitude ready to work in a fast paced environment- Excellent English written and verbal communication skill; Spanih language skills are a plusAbout Red HatRed Hatis the world’s leading provider of enterpriseopen sourcesoftware solutions, using a community-powered approach to deliver high-performing Linux, cloud, container, and Kubernetes technologies.
