What You’ll Do The Order Management and Billing Analyst (OBA) assists the sales force in submitting accurate order data and identifies all elements of a transaction for analysis. Responsibilities include reviewing, inputting, and invoicing customer orders. The OBA will process hardware, software, subscriptions, consulting, professional services, and maintenance orders. You will use tools and processes for order management, maintain compliance with corporate policies, ensure sourcing aligns with shipment dates, communicate with hardware suppliers and delivery/logistics teams, support invoicing based on ERP invoice triggers, and store documentation in the appropriate systems. You will monitor cloud provisioning status and trigger invoicing per customer agreements and orders aligned to corporate policies. This role requires outstanding organization and communication skills. Key Areas of Responsibility Assist Sales Teams in securing proper order documentation for execution into systems Ensure system configuration and pricing on purchase orders are consistent with contract Review contracts to determine all elements of the transaction and add proper product IDs for bundled items Ensure related orders are built in our systems/ERP for appropriate booking and invoicing Execute the defined order process and interact effectively with Sales teams while complying with policy Generate customer invoices for assigned accounts accurately and in a timely manner; handle special invoicing provisions per contract Review customer order documentation for acceptance and ensure compliance with policies Assist in resolving outstanding accounts receivable and collection issues Read and analyze customer contract provisions that impact orders and invoicing Ensure purchase orders are accurately reflected in the system Process Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) within SLAs Resolve issues in order processing and provide outstanding service to account teams Update tasks per SLA and procedures Communicate with stakeholders, including customers, to ensure on-time delivery of services, hardware, software, and invoices Coordinate issues to ensure on-time billing Analyze workflow trends to identify discrepancies and opportunities for improvement Assist with audits to maintain compliance Who You’ll Work With You will work with deal desk, finance, accounts receivable, and sales.
