Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Management Specialist based in São Paulo, SP. The Quality Management Specialist will oversee quality assurance and control processes to ensure adherence to performance standards and organizational goals. Responsibilities include analyzing data to identify trends, preparing reports, improving processes, monitoring quality metrics, and working closely with teams to maintain quality standards. The role requires collaboration across departments to uphold client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in Quality Management, including Quality Assurance and Quality Control
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent Communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate across teams
  • Attention to detail and an understanding of quality metrics and standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in process optimization and system compliance
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements
