Our B2C logistics team is growing fast, and we need an Analyst who can help us keep up with the pace. In this role, you’ll provide the analytical and operational backbone for the team, making sure KPIs are tracked, reports are accurate, and projects run smoothly.

As a Growth Ops Analyst , you’ll be the backbone of our B2C operations. You’ll monitor KPIs, support projects, and make sure execution runs smoothly. This is a role for someone who loves data, wants to learn fast, and is excited to see their work directly impact growth.

It’s the perfect role for someone early in their career who wants to grow fast, learn from experienced leaders, and see their work have real impact in one of the most dynamic areas of 99 Logistics.

• Track and report key marketplace KPIs (supply, demand, conversion).
• Build and maintain dashboards/reports to support decision-making.
• Provide analytical support for growth projects and campaigns.
• Assist in execution of engagement and retention initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of operational data.
• Work closely with senior analysts and managers, learning execution best practices.

• 2+ years of experience in ops, analytics, or projects .
• Strong Excel and data skills; SQL or BI tools are a plus.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
• Eager to learn fast and grow within the logistics business.
• Good communicator with a collaborative mindset.
• Nice to have: knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker). And experience in tech, logistics, or services .
