Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for risk control strategy development at Keeta, including but not limited to risk feature mining, strategy development and maintenance, and customer complaint data analysis.
  • Collaborate with business teams to provide risk assessment solutions, monitor real-time risk trends, and drive joint efforts with business units to enhance anti-risk capabilities.
  • Respond promptly to sudden online risks, identify root causes, and coordinate internal resources to minimize losses.
  • Strengthen risk control infrastructure by working with product, R&D, and algorithm teams to optimize systems and models, ensuring continuous improvement in the robustness of the risk control framework.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with strong logical thinking, proficiency in SQL and data analysis. Experience in risk control is a plus.
  • Proficient in English for workplace communication; open to long-term business travel.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work closely with business, product, and R&D teams to achieve risk control objectives.
  • Business-oriented mindset: Proactively understand business workflows and goals, and adapt risk control measures flexibly to align with business changes.
  • Strong risk awareness with expertise in risk identification, analysis, and mitigation, coupled with rapid learning capabilities.
