Senior Financial Operations Manager We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee our accounting and payments processes while driving operational improvements across the organization. This role involves managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and identifying ways to make our systems more efficient and scalable. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including reconciliations, reporting, and data management. Manage payroll and contractor payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Supervise invoicing and accounts receivable processes, maintaining healthy cash flow. Lead the setup and optimization of tools like QuickBooks Online (QBO), Stripe, and Excel / Google Sheets for better financial visibility. Collaborate with leadership to design and implement process improvements and automation initiatives. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5+ years of experience in accounting, payroll, and financial operations. Hands‑on experience with Stripe and QuickBooks Online (QBO). Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets. Experience with SQL, LLMs, or automation tools. Availability to work in US time zones is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
