Job Title: Fiscal Operations Professional The Fiscal Operations Professional will be responsible for executing and supporting all fiscal activities within the manufacturing plant, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards (IFRS) and corporate policies. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting audits, and contributing to the efficiency of the month-end and year-end closing processes. Key Responsibilities: Perform daily fiscal operations, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and balance sheet analysis. Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial records with IFRS regulations. Manage fixed assets control, depreciation calculations, and asset movements in the ERP system. Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals, provisions, and financial reporting. Perform the cost calculation, including the valuation of materials, WIP, and finished goods. Prepare and assist with internal and external audits. Reconcile intercompany transactions and support global consolidation processes. Provide financial data and analysis to support management decision-making. Liaise with tax, controlling, and treasury teams to ensure integration and accuracy of financial information. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Active registration with the relevant professional body is preferred. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in fiscal operations, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of IFRS. Experience with ERP systems. Advanced skills in Excel. Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (for reporting and communication). About Our Company: We offer a collaborative and mission-driven culture.
