Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Perform inspection and assessment of wind turbine blades to identify damage or areas requiring repair.
Execute repairs on wind turbine blades, including but not limited to bonding, patching, and sanding.
Utilize rope access techniques safely and efficiently to reach turbine blades.
Work collaboratively with a team of technicians and engineers to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.
Maintain detailed records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Adhere strictly to Eosol Group's safety protocols and industry regulations.
Participate in continuous professional development to keep updated with the latest repair techniques and technologies in the wind energy sector.
Assist in training less experienced technicians in blade repair and safety protocols.
**Qualifications**:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in wind turbine blade repair or a related field.
Proficient in rope access techniques and safety measures.
Knowledge of materials used in blade repair and maintenance.
Ability to work at heights and in variable weather conditions.
Strong technical skills coupled with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Must possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Valid certifications in rope access and blade repair are preferred.
An understanding of safety protocols in the wind energy sector.
