We created a number of mobile applications, including the ‘world’s most genuine social network Scorp app. With over 16M users worldwide, the Scorp app has successfully re-defined the social network in Turkey. Now, we are on a mission to redefine the social and entertainment scene with our newly launched Apps, which have already reached 100M+ users We are an organization committed to results and to the development of our work teams. We are looking for a People & Culture Analyst to join our team and help us attract top talent, drive a strong company culture, and create meaningful experiences for our employees. In this role, you will play a key part in recruitment , employee engagement , internal communications , cultural events , and employer branding initiatives. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment where people matter, and you're ready to make an impact in both talent acquisition and people experience, we want to meet you Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or related fields with interest in the Social Media area. 2–3 years of experience in Recruitment, HR, or People & Culture roles. Knowledge of selection processes and interview techniques. Advanced English level (written and spoken) - Required Native Portuguese speaker - Required Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Creative, organized, and proactive mindset. Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.). Organizational skills and multitasking ability Proactive and results oriented. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles (job posting, screening, interviews, offers). Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and define candidate profiles. Source active and passive talent through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.). Coordinate and improve onboarding experiences for new hires. Draft candidate resumes and reports, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our recruitment system. Design and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture. Organize internal events, recognition programs, team-building activities, and wellness actions. Support other HR initiatives as needed. Nice-to-Have Graphic design or content creation skills (e.g. Canva, basic video editing). Previous work in startups or agile environments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
