Job Description Vialto Partners is a market leader in global mobility services. Our purpose is to ‘Connect the world’. Our teams help companies streamline and effectively manage their global mobility programs in a cost‑efficient and compliant manner. Responsibilities Assist clients with individual income tax compliance obligations, including preparation of tax computations and returns, and handling correspondence with tax authorities. Resolve issues that hinder effective team working, even during times of change and uncertainty. Coach others and encourage ownership of their development. Analyze complex proposals and build meaningful recommendations. Address sub‑standard work or work that does not meet client expectations. Develop perspective on key global trends, including globalization, and their impact on the company and clients. Manage diverse viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes. Focus on building trusted relationships and uphold the company’s code of ethics and business conduct. Qualifications Interest in upskilling for a digital world, openness to new tools, and adaptability. Commitment to valuing differences, developing and coaching diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard. Experience in expatriate tax; knowledge of Taiwan personal income tax is an advantage. At least 2+ years of relevant experience for a senior position. For those with less experience, consideration for associate roles. Proven ability to manage multiple assignments, clients, and staff. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively under pressure. Fluent in Portuguese and English. Education: degree in Business, Law, Economics, International Relations, or related field. Demonstrated business‑development skills and enthusiasm for contributing to the growth of the Global Mobility Services practice.
