Discover more about our fascinating history at About the Role We are looking for a Project Analyst to support project governance, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for a structured, analytical, and communicative professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Responsibilities Support leadership in project organization, assisting in task definition, timelines, and ownership; Monitor project execution, tracking deadlines, deliverables, and pending actions with involved teams; Assist in communication between teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity of information; Support the preparation and updating of project status reports, dashboards, and indicators; Assist in quality control and cost monitoring under supervision; Contribute to the standardization of project management processes and best practices; Support project teams during execution, reinforcing guidelines aligned with management and helping resolve pending issues; Assist in project closure activities, including documentation of results and lessons learned. Qualifications Ongoing or completed Bachelor’s degree in filt Information Systems, Systems Analysis, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; Required Skills Strong communication البول, organization, and analytical skills; Proactive mindset with attention to detail; Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment; Willingness to learn and continuously develop professionally. Preferred Skills Previous involvement in internal or cross‑functional projects; Experience with different business processes (logistics, procurement, commercial, IT, finance, etc.); Knowledge of Agile methodologies; Experience with project management 彭; Advanced Excel skills and basic knowledge of Power BI; Proactive approach to follow‑ups and deliverable tracking; Advanced English is considered a plus.
