Position Description:

Oncohematology is one of the key growth areas for Eli Lilly now and in the future. The position is to work with a key brand of the portfolio of the company - Jaypirce - a non-covalent, reversible BTK inhibitor that has just been launched in Brazil and has several indications to come in the near future. The Brand Manager for Oncohematology will report directly to the Business Unit Senior Director, Oncology and Hematology.

Responsibilities:

  • KOL Engagement
  • Brand Plan/Customer Plan Development
  • Forecasting
  • Conduct/Evaluate Market Research and Advisory Boards
  • Create solutions to meet Customer Needs such as meetings, materials, dialogue models.
  • Corporate presentations (English required, Spanish desired)
  • Leadership Skills
  • Strategic Thinking
  • Pro-active/Initiative
  • Can do/will do mindset

Requirements for the position:

  • Undergraduate degree;
  • Advanced English;
  • Previous Brand/Marketing experience;
  • MBA or Advanced degree is a plus;
  • Experience in Oncology/Hematology is a plus.
