Java Backend Developer

Proficiency with java JDK 8 or greater
Good knowledge of algorithms and data structures
Knowledge of tomcat, Jboss, Spring, Spring boot, Spring Batch, Shell Scripting, JSON, Swagger
Microservices architecture & patterns
Rest APIs & Postamn newman
Aware of OAuth concepts and how to authenticate and authorize user and systems, asymmetric Encryption (JWT / JWS and JWE)
Expertise in Junit or other automated unit testing framework
Knowledge of CI/CD principles and tools such as Jenkins, Maven
Experience with a UI framework such as React
Experience with SQL and Non-SQL database (Oracle and MongoDB)
Experience in Agile team
Experience with Linux
Good communication skills (Proficiency in English), analytical thinking and problem solving
Over 5 years of experience.
Start and further information:
- Portugal;
- Hybrid position, twice a week in the office;
- Start date: Within 30 days, 24 months contract renewable for the same period;
- Visa support.
