This role is central to integrating social media efforts with our broader marketing goals and driving growth through content that supports key initiatives such as Liga do Milhão and KTO Cassino School, as well as local brand activationsKey ResponsibilitiesStrategic Development:
Create and execute a consistent and measurable social media strategy that aligns with our core marketing priorities and flagship projects.Content Leadership:
Ensure content addresses the entire marketing funnel—from awareness and consideration to conversion—across all active channels.Channel Management:
Oversee the daily operations and growth of Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook, focusing on engagement and performance-driven content.Project Integration:
Lead the integration of social media with Liga do Milhão, KTO Cassino School, and other North Star campaigns, ensuring visibility and thematic consistency.Collaboration & Accountability:
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, ensuring adherence to content deadlines, brand tone, and creative quality.Media Partnerships:
Manage long-format and influencer-driven media collaborations, ensuring promotional objectives are met and aligned with campaign goals.Regional Activation Support:
Assist state managers in promoting regional events, sports activations, and VIP box experiences through compelling, on-brand social content.Experience & QualificationsProven experience in leading social media for consumer-facing brands, ideally in sports, entertainment, or gaming.Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and platform-specific best practices.Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple priorities.At KTO, diversity isn't just a buzzword – it's our strength. - Athletes participating in competitions organized by entities within the National Sports System;
