About This Opportunity We are seeking an accomplished Senior Product Designer to join our organization and contribute to the creation of innovative digital products. A visionary thinker with a user-centric approach who excels at transforming complex challenges into intuitive digital experiences. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, enabling effective teamwork in fast-paced environments. End-to-end design capabilities, from research and strategy through wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI. Main Responsibilities Conduct thorough user research (interviews, usability tests, surveys) to uncover behaviors, needs, and pain points. Analyze research findings and turn them into actionable insights. Create detailed personas, journey maps, user flows, and IA. Design wireframes and interactive prototypes (low → high fidelity). Collaborate with product managers, clients, and developers to define scope and goals. Present design decisions with clarity and rationale. Maintain design consistency through design systems and UI libraries.
