UX Designer Position The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing end-to-end digital products for web, mobile, and large-screen applications with strong experience in B2B UX for complex operational or internal tools. Designing user-centered solutions for kitchen operations inventory management and location handling; Collaborating with stakeholders Product Managers and Developers to clarify requirements and define acceptance criteria; Creating wireframes prototypes and user flows to validate ideas quickly; Delivering high-fidelity mockups with all necessary states edge cases and error handling; Key Skills and Qualifications: User-Centered Design The ability to design intuitive user interfaces that cater to the needs of users is essential. This includes understanding user behavior patterns and creating solutions that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. UX Design Tools Proficiency in using a range of UX design tools including Sketch Figma Adobe XD and InVision is required. Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision Flinto and Axure RP is also beneficial. Collaboration and Communication The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product managers developers and designers is crucial. Strong communication skills are essential for clarifying requirements defining acceptance criteria and delivering high-quality designs. Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking The ability to analyze complex problems identify key issues and develop creative solutions is vital. Strong critical thinking skills are required to evaluate design options prioritize features and make informed design decisions.
