We are seeking an AI-focused Technical Manager / Product Owner to lead delivery for multiple AI initiatives. This role blends product ownership, delivery management, and AI‑savvy stakeholder leadership. You’ll own outcomes, organize work for fast iteration, manage expectations with demanding business and technology partners, and collaborate closely with an AI Architect and engineering leads to turn AI opportunities into clear, shippable increments. You are comfortable moving at a high tempo, getting to the point quickly, and keeping teams and stakeholders aligned while AI projects evolve rapidly. Key Responsibilities Translate ambiguous AI-related business goals into clear problem statements, prioritized backlogs, and sequenced delivery plans. Own the order of work: define MVP, prioritize by impact and effort, and ensure the first outcomes are meaningful and measurable. Manage expectations with business, technical, and partner stakeholders (including large cloud/enterprise partners) around scope, tradeoffs, and timelines. Act as POPM / PO across one or two concurrent AI projects, maintaining visibility, momentum, and alignment. Collaborate with an AI Architect and engineering leads to align business outcomes with technical implementation, without needing to be a hands‑on developer. Facilitate Sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with a focus on outcomes, learning, and velocity rather than ceremony. Anticipate risks and issues ahead of time rather than reacting late; surface them clearly and propose actionable options. Ensure that business outcomes, user value, and AI capabilities are consistently connected and understood by all parties. Maintain strong executive presence in meetings: concise updates, clear decisions, and structured communication. Support scale‑up of AI delivery by helping define patterns, governance, and ways‑of‑working that can be reused across projects. Required Skills Experience as a Product Owner, POPM, or Technical Delivery Manager in software or AI‑enabled projects. Hands‑on experience delivering AI or data‑driven products (e.g., LLM‑enabled features, analytics/BI flows, intelligent workflows), with enough familiarity to reason about what’s possible and how to get there. Strong backlog management skills: writing/structuring user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and ordering work to hit early wins. Proven ability to manage expectations and lead trade‑off conversations with senior stakeholders. High‑tempo, high‑ownership working style: you move quickly while staying organized and predictable. Clear, concise, and structured communication (problem → options → decision → outcome). Ability to work closely with architects/engineers, understand their constraints, and keep technical and business sides aligned. Comfort working across multiple parallel initiatives and adjusting priorities as new information emerges. Nice‑to‑Have Skills Prior experience working with or alongside major cloud vendors or large enterprise partners. Experience in consulting, agency, or multi‑client delivery environments. Exposure to OKRs or similar outcome‑based planning frameworks. Experience in AI‑heavy environments where the technology and partner landscape change quickly. #J-18808-Ljbffr
