Key Account Manager (Personal Care) – Sumaré/SP 3M invites applications for the Key Account Manager within the Personal Care Business Unit, based in Sumaré/SP. This role is responsible for leading our largest global and regional accounts in the disposable diaper manufacturing sector across Brazil and Latin America, combining strategic account management, business development, and collaboration with senior stakeholders across purchasing, R&D, quality assurance, production planning, and global teams. The impact you will make in this role Manage local, regional, and global accounts end‑to‑end across Latin America, ensuring seamless execution of all commercial and operational activities. Lead product specification, qualification, and onboarding processes for both existing and new clients, ensuring technical alignment and adoption. Act as the voice of the customer and consumer, driving insights that shape new product and application development to sustain and grow business opportunities. Implement strategic key account plans, building and nurturing high‑level relationships with key stakeholders to align with customers’ long‑term agendas. Oversee internal reporting, conduct market and competitive analysis, and lead periodic business performance reviews to support sound decision‑making. Collaborate closely with internal and global teams to support multinational accounts, enhance competitiveness, and deliver consistent service excellence. Your Skills and Expertise Completed Bachelor’s degree. Technical knowledge and experience within B2B industrial environments. Proficiency in English for daily oral and written communication. Willingness to travel, with approximately 50% of time dedicated to business trips. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further Experience in the disposable personal care market. Experience in the industrial tapes and adhesives segment. Experience managing key accounts. Experience managing new product and application development projects. Work location This role follows an on‑site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week in the office located in Sumaré/SP.
