Project Management Specialist

**As a Project Management Specialist, you will be responsible for**:
- Lead the effort for our project transportation Invoicing and Cost Substantiation program with our customer. Utilizing various transportation vendor tracker systems gather, organize and analyze all the freight invoices as received from our vendors and transportation suppliers preparing them to be invoiced to our customer.
- Perform invoice reconciliation tasks on transportation vendor and supplier transportation invoices to ensure timeliness and accuracy of invoice submissions to our customers
- Perform Oracle transactions to support Purchasing and Logistic activities
- Perform CTSI/Honeybee TMS transactions to support Logistics activities
- Coordinate meetings and appointments as required to accomplish the objectives
- Various Materials coordination and expediting activities to ensure the project team receives the parts and services required to achieve the project schedule and budget
- Create and maintain project record keeping database systems and coordinate with all project team members to ensure timeliness and organization of the necessary information
- Compare and merge multiple Excel spreadsheet reports into consolidated weekly shipping reports. Identify items on the report which are past due and obtain new delivery dates from suppliers.
- Track and update the shipping lists with the actual and forecast delivery dates. Lead the partnership with various vendors and customers to obtain the proof of deliveries & certificates for each shipment.
**To be successful in this role you will have**:
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree from a university or college with experience in a Project Management, Commercial, Contracts or Supply Chain/Logistics role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, OneDrive, and Word
**Desired Characteristics**
- Familiar with ERP Systems. Oracle a plus
- Impeccable organization and efficiency skills; strong attention to detail
- Clear, concise and articulate communication skills - verbal, written and listening
- High motivation to achieve many concurrent tasks. Must have the ability to drive actions with others
- Works with little supervision, team-player, strong interpersonal & leadership skills
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and handle stressful and difficult situations with composure
- Familiarity with Financial details, formal recordkeeping and formal business communications are a plus.
