Responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources.
**This position is to work 100% onsite (based in Niterói and/or Rio de Janeiro)**

**As a Lead Project Management Specialist - Project Staff, you will be responsible for**:

- Influencing non-supervisory roles that are responsible for customer project management;
- Specifying needs, communicating about project approach, and presenting outcomes of research done (diverse clients in a region);
- Suggesting improvements in products, processes and procedures and contributing to plan of larger unit;
- Working based on predefined contracts and frameworks;
- Working together with high level people from the business and SPB and EB level.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college;
- Have experience in Project Management;
- Be able to speak fluently Portuguese and English with good oral and written communication skills.
