Through our strategy of Advancing Our Core and Pioneering More and our values of Care, Integrity, Collaboration, and Ownership, we are sharing our experience for a better blue tomorrow.Purpose- The Fleet Project Lead is responsible for leading the project within the fleet personnel function, collaborating with cross-functional teams, to ensure that the project is implemented, enabling the local fleet and offshore organization to achieve its long-term business objectives.- Responsibilities- You oversee all the projects within Fleet Personnel department ensuring successful delivery within scope, quality, time, and budget constraints.- You work closely with the offshore training & competency function, the crewing team, operations team, HSSE department, HR representatives, OIMs and offshore HoDs to understand their needs and align your project with organizational goals. You lead cross-functional project teams, including third parties, providing guidance and support to ensure alignment with project goals.- You monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure project milestones are achieved. You monitor and report on project progress and performance, including identified risks and mitigation strategies, and provide regular updates to your stakeholders and senior management.- You ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.- You develop and maintain project documentation and governance and conduct post-project analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.- You work very closely with the Process & Tool team to ensure integration of your project with the relevant crew management tool.- You are responsible for providing recommendations on the Strategic orientations of the department projects based on the analysis of industry standards, regulations and benchmark.- Education- Experience- 5-10 years in the maritime or the Oil & Gas, Energy or similar industry.- Functional Competencies- Analytics and reporting- Business Acumen- Change Management- External benchmark- Planning- Risk Management- Regulatory Management- Budgeting and forecasting**GENERAL INFORMATION**- SBM Offshore is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
