What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Recruit leadership positions for clinical operations in the Northeast
  • Develop relationships and identify areas of opportunity to add value to the hiring process
  • Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to challenge assumptions and develop effective talent acquisition strategies
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in labor market data and competitive intelligence
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in talent acquisition, particularly for high volume and hard-to-fill roles
  • Proven experience in sourcing and hiring leadership positions
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (degree is highly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of labor market data and recruitment strategies
  • Experience using an enterprise-level applicant tracking system

  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams
