You can count on our innovative solutions to contribute to safer, cleaner and more sustainable future.**Role Overview****We are looking for**:- Credit Analyst to join our Finance SBS service line to perform the related tasks.**We count on you for**:- Reporting to the Team Leader Credit Analyst AMERICAS, the Credit Analyst is responsible to manage credit risk and define customer scoring and credit strategy.- He/She works closely with Business, Credit teams and customers.- Key Roles & Responsibilities:- Evaluate and secure customer credit risk, establish financial analysis of risky customers and determine credit limits.- Secure credit risk with adequate payment methods and guarantees.- Manage sales orders blocked, review blocked sales orders and determine the next course of action.- Determine provisions and losses according to the rules.- Support complex collection cases.- Work with the legal department on litigation matters and actions to be taken for material disputes.- Contribute actively to continuous improvement, automation and service/process enhancements.**You can count on us for**:- Growth and development opportunities**You will bring**:**Education**:- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administratio or International Relations- Work experience in Credit areaTechnical Skills- Good command of verbal and written skills in English and Portuguese- Ability to speak Spanish would be a plus- Knowledge of SAP preferredDesired Behaviors- Develop a strong partnership and collaboration with other Stakeholders in all America scope, as well as with other regions worldwide- Ability to organize and leading meetings at the appropriate level of the GBU in order to advise them on credit issues, credit policy, best practices, evolution of the performance, action plan,- Customer oriented, autonomous and experience in problem solving and decision making skills- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.- Must be self-directed with a positive attitude**You will get**:- Competitive salary and benefits package- 16 weeks of maternity/paternity and co-parenting leave- Training platform for all employees- Free language courses (24 languages available)- Free well-being sessions (physical and psychological)**Additional information**:- Location: Curitiba, BrazilLI-PV1LI-Hybrid**About us**After 50 years, we are going back to the Moon...
