Syensqo is all about chemistry.We're not just referring to chemical reactions here, but also to the magic that occurs when the brightest minds get to work together.This is where our true strength lies.In you.In your future colleagues and in all your differences.And of course, in your ideas to improve lives while preserving our planet's beauty for the generations to come.Syensqo Job Grade: S14 & S15**_Job Overview and Responsibilities _**_*_**Syensqo is creating its internal Global Business Services (GBS) to cover Finance, Procurement and Human Resources activities.We offer you to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment and to contribute to this group's transformation.Join us in one of our 3 service centers: Lisbon, Curitiba, and Bangkok, be part of this transformation journey from the start.Credit Analyst is responsible for managing credit risk and for defining customer scoring and credit strategy.Credit Analyst works closely with Business, Credit teams and customers.This position will report to the Regional Team Leader for Credit, Collection and Accounts Receivable.- Evaluate and secure customer credit risk, establish financial analysis of risky customers and determine credit limits, leveraging internal and external information databases- Secure credit risk with adequate payment methods and guarantees.- Manage sales orders blocked, review blocked sales orders and determine the next course of action.- Determine provisions and losses according to the rules.- Support complex collection cases.- Work with the legal department on litigation matters and actions to be taken for material disputes.- Contribute actively to continuous improvement, automation and service/process enhancements.**_Education and Experience _**- Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields- Possess at least 3 years of experience in credit management and/or finance- Credit risk analysis experience**_Skills and behavioral competencies_**_*_**- Credit risk analysis skills- SAP experience- Communication and negotiation skills- Strong collaboration skills- Continuous Improvement skills- Customer orientated with good level of problem solving skills- Ability to interact with all levels in the organization- Autonomous, well organized, persistent**_ Language skills_**Good level of spoken and written skills in English for all positions.Good Level of spoken and written capabilities in one or more local languages is mandatory:**Curitiba: English; Spanish + local Brazilian**About us
