Your Mission

The Business Development and Strategy team is building a best in class team in support of Stellantis’ new Software Group. As a member of the Team your mission is to grow the overall Software business through enhancing or introducing new strategies or partnerships.


Job Description

This role is responsible for leading Business Development and Strategy efforts across the world, with a specific focus on South America (“SA”). It will support the SA Global Business Development & Strategy Lead, and aims to achieve annual targets, investigate or launch new initiatives, and/or develop internal operational processes to ensure efficiency across the Global Business Development and Strategy organization.


Responsibilities include:

  • Annual revenue targets
  • Monetization analyses (e.g., forecasting, business case)
  • First line of dense for new inbound opportunities
  • M&A or equity investment opportunities
  • Cross-Organization initiatives
  • Ad Hoc global initiatives/projects
  • Own relevant end to end partnerships on both a Global and Regional basis


Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or other directly related field
  • Solid years of overall experience
  • Language: English (Advanced or plus)
  • Expert in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience with data visualization
  • Experience using data sets to derive insights
  • Ability to develop models and forecasts with minimal oversight
  • Ability to develop new and meaningful relationships with potential partners
  • Negotiation experience
  • Partnership management experience
  • Global project management experience, including strong communication skills
  • Including ability to adapt to different organizations or cultures


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, other directly related field
  • Managerial and leadership skills
  • Cross-functional experience
  • Short and long-term thoughtful mindset
  • Attitudinal willingness to solve complex problems with minimal oversight
