Overview Employer Industry: Customer Experience Analytics Responsibilities Develop and maintain the Voice of Customer (VOC) methodology, metrics, and standards across various surveys and feedback channels Design and execute surveys using Qualtrics, including audience targeting and question design Collect and integrate qualitative and quantitative feedback, linking it with operational and outcome data Perform analyses to uncover key customer drivers and trends, leveraging predictive modeling and AI Create dashboards and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer analytics positions At least 2 years of experience working with survey platforms, such as Qualtrics or Medallia Minimum of 2 years of experience in survey methodology and analytics within the customer experience field Strong quantitative skills and experience in predictive modeling Preferred Qualifications Expertise in survey design, customer lifetime value (CLV) analysis, and mixed-method research Proficiency with customer data platforms and feedback-management tools Strong ability to translate complex analyses into concise and persuasive recommendations Experience managing enterprise-wide voice of customer data and coordinating research across user groups #CustomerExperience #Analytics #DataDriven #CareerOpportunity #VoiceOfCustomer We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
