Join to apply for the Client Onboarding Specialist role at Ottomatik.ioWe are South, and our client is looking for a Client Onboarding SpecialistNote To ApplicantsEligibility: This position is open to candidates residing in Latin America.Application Language: Please submit your CV in English.Applications submitted in other languages will not be considered.Professional Presentation: We encourage you to showcase your professional experience by including a Loom video in the application form.While this is optional, candidates who provide a video presentation will be given priority.About The CompanyOttomatik.io's US-based client is an innovative commercial real estate tech startup leveraging AI to streamline the production of marketing materials for commercial real estate professionals.Their goal is to automate and enhance processes like deal marketing decks, offering memorandums, and presentations.As they continue to develop their technology, they rely on highly skilled professionals to deliver an excellent client experience.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Client Onboarding Specialist to lead all client-facing onboarding and training sessions.This role is critical in ensuring customers gain confidence using the software and achieve maximum value from the platform.The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, deep client-facing experience, and the ability to quickly master new technology.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all client onboarding calls, including live product walkthroughs and tutorials.Train customers on how to navigate and use the software to its fullest potential.Develop a deep understanding of the product and stay up to date on new features and updates.Closely monitor product updates from engineering to ensure accurate client training.Serve as the go-to expert for customers during their onboarding phase.Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Operations, Deck Operations, Sales) to ensure smooth client transitions post-onboarding.Create short tutorial videos to showcase new product features.Gather client feedback during onboarding to improve the customer experience and share insights with product and operations teams.RequirementsMinimum 5+ years of experience at a U.S.-based tech company in a client-facing role.Native or near-native English fluency with excellent spoken communication (no noticeable accent).Strong ability to quickly learn and master new software tools.Proven track record of conducting client trainings, demos, or onboarding sessions.Self-starter who can work independently and proactively become an expert in the product.Strong presentation, communication, and customer relationship skills.Compensation & Work ArrangementMonthly compensation: $2,000 – $3,000 USD (depending on experience).Remote role.PTO & U.S. Holidays.Why Join Us?Be the face of an innovative, AI-driven platform transforming the commercial real estate industry.Own a critical part of the customer journey, ensuring clients are set up for success from day one.Work fully remote with a dynamic and fast-growing U.S.-based startup.Collaborate with talented teams while having the autonomy to lead client onboarding.Join a culture that values efficiency, expertise, and continuous improvement.#J-*****-Ljbffr
