Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Operations Support Specialist to join our team.As an integral part of our organization, this role will provide critical support to our teams in fast-paced environments.The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with experience in sales administration or operations support (preferred).They will assist with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining sales records.The main responsibilities of this role include:Team Support: Assisting with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining sales records.CRM & Data Management: Ensuring client records in HubSpot and other systems are always updated and accurate.Cross-Department Coordination: Working with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure smooth communication and workflow.Audits & Compliance: Performing daily audits to maintain process adherence and data integrity.Client Interaction: Responding to client inquiries professionally and escalating when necessary.Reporting & KPIs: Tracking key metrics, generating reports, and providing data-driven insights.Presentation & Proposal Support: Helping create sales materials for client meetings.Administrative Assistance: Providing ad-hoc support to ensure operational efficiency.Required Skills and QualificationsTo excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:Fluent English (written & spoken) with strong communication skills.Extreme attention to detail – accuracy in SOP's, reporting, and documentation.Strong organizational skills – able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Adaptability & flexibility – comfortable in a growing, evolving company.Experience in sales administration or operations support (preferred).Ideal if you have experience with Notion, Hubspot, Zapier or similar toolsAbility to work independently while collaborating in a team environment.A problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package, including:$****–$1,500 USD monthly salary36 PTOs per year100% Remote Work – Work from anywhereProfessional Development & Growth OpportunitiesCore Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 14:00 AM EST (3 hours per day flexible)Full-time (40 hrs/week) – Immediate Start Available
