This is a full-time position on the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team. What you will do Be customer-facing and act as the first line of support; own support interactions with employees via Slack, Jira, and other tools. Proactively manage Mac endpoints and mobile devices, procure and deliver technology equipment, and onboard/offboard employees with best-in-class experiences. Design, test, build, and document programs, policies, and tools; contribute improvements to existing knowledge bases. Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect, Jamf Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.). Manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools (e.g., MDM, EMM, Jamf). Contribute to improvements on identity and access management (IDP and SSO tools such as G Suite and Okta). Detail solutions, craft help articles, and automate routine tasks; respond to and resolve critical incidents end-to-end. Balance help desk tickets with project work; operate in sprints and document work in Jira. Set and pursue objectives and key results aligned with team and company goals. What you bring to Ledn 7+ years in SaaS systems administration (Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite). Ability to create automations using Bash, Zsh, Python, etc.; familiarity with open source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.). Experience integrating SSO into Okta and creating workflows in Okta; working with APIs to integrate systems. Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; experience shipping and receiving hardware and understanding customs. Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical concepts clearly and empathetically. Strong documentation skills and ability to craft helpful articles; proactive approach to solving problems. Security-focused mindset; understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs) and OSI model troubleshooting. Self-management capability to scope projects and coordinate across teams; strong organizational and time-management skills. Nice to have Some familiarity with AWS. Experience with GAM and command-line tools for efficiency. Jamf, Okta, Google Workspace certifications.
