Responsibilities- Responsible for the technical support in the LATAM region
- Perform installations, trainings, preventive and corrective maintenance
- Document service assignments
- Participate in service trainings
- Participate in expert meetings collaborating and sharing experience with the company global specialists
- Monthly reporting about quality topics, installation and service on site as well as suggestions for improvements
- Commit to the achievement of the sales targets for the LATAM region
- Communicative, flexible, and resilient individual with a strong service mentality
- You enjoy customer contact and have in-depth practical experience in analytical measurement technology
- Experience with technical troubleshooting in a laboratory environment
- Fluency in Portuguese, English and Spanish
- Willingness to travel, driver's license open to work from home office
- Degree in engineering or natural sciences or equivalent technical training
