Job Description & Requirements Your Role and Responsibilities Position Overview: The Process Delivery Specialist ensures efficient execution of daily business processes for clients, aligning with their strategies and operational priorities. This role focuses on performing process transactions, driving improvements, and ensuring compliance with client and IBM standards. Key Responsibilities: Execute and manage daily process operations to meet client objectives. Align client strategies and priorities with operational activities. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction. Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Required education

High School Diploma/GED

Required technical and professional expertise

Skills and Qualifications: Experience in process management, compliance, and operational efficiency. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Knowledge of process improvement tools and best practices. Required Professional and Technical Expertise Preferred Requirements: Familiarity with banking or financial processes. Experience in customer service or similar roles. Work Environment: Ability to work in an office or hybrid setting, as needed. Flexible to support extended hours during peak times. Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: No prior experience required, but experience in administrative or banking roles is a plus. Skills: Basic computer knowledge (e.g., Microsoft Office, email). Attention to detail and organization. Good communication skills and teamwork. Willingness to learn and adapt
