Job Title: Enterprise Operations Manager

Business Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Operations Manager to join our team.
  • As an Enterprise Operations Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing and sending daily/monthly business data of task flow, identifying and communicating business error cases based on error case results, and ensuring the operation management within the group and achieving SLA indicators.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good command of Chinese and Portuguese (preferably Chinese)
  • Strong language expression ability and logical thinking ability
  • Strong ability to analyze and solve problems
  • Good communication, organization and coordination skills
  • Proficient in office software (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Good team spirit, strong anti-pressure ability, high cooperation, strong execution ability, able to adapt to the fast pace of the Internet
