And, while building our $20 billion business, we’re also building careers through first-class education, engaging experiences and exposure to some of the world’s most recognized brands.**In the Global** **Content **Marketing **Lead role, you will** be responsible for**:**Content Strategy (enterprise level)** - **4**0%**- Ensure core content strategy is derived primarily from customer insights from an overall process standpoint.- Partner with relevant stakeholders in the development and implementation of an enterprise-governing content strategy for Kimberly-Clark Professional and its brands.- Partner in developing an enterprise-level content roadmap designed to maximize the visibility of Kimberly-Clark Professional and its brands internally and externally with customers, distributors, partners and industry stakeholders.- Collaborate in positioning an enterprise-governing content strategy to deliver against the strategic vision and goals of Kimberly-Clark Professional and its brands.**Content Strategy (**integrated marketing initiative** level) - 40%**- Partner with Integrated Marketing Leaders, CX Insights team and relevant stakeholders on strategic initiatives (top ABP/ SBP projects) in developing content strategies, performance objectives and identifying strategic assets needed to execute global, regional and account-based demand generation campaigns supporting the customer journey.- Create content strategy briefs detailing scope, timelines, deliverables, tactics and performance objectives needed to execute effective, customer-centric demand generation campaigns.- Collaborate with Integrated Marketing Leaders to communicate content strategy implementation process and campaign execution progress with relevant campaign stakeholders, offering solutions for continuous content optimization.- Collaborate with internal and external creative partners to ensure strategic asset development remains aligned with initiative level/ campaign content strategy - collaborating with designers to ensure all assets are in-line with the overall conceptual theme will be important.- Collaborate with Marketing Automation Specialists to implement content performance measurement tools and continuously optimize content performance.**Copywriting - 20%**- Write compelling editorial copy designed to engage, educate, and support customers (both new and existing), distributors, partners and industry stakeholders that can benefit from Kimberly-Clark Professional’s expertise, solutions and products.- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy of organizational and/or brand positioning, narrative consistency, voice and tone for error-free publishing.- Collaborate with and solicit feedback from cross-functional teams to optimize digital copy and improve content performance.- Stay up to date on digital copy and customer experience trends and best practices to incorporate into demand generation content.**Key Qualifications and **Experiences**:- BS or BA in English or related field- 8+ years of experience in content strategy development, management and governance, preferably in B2B, with a strong portfolio of content in a variety of digital formats based on the customer journey and channels.- Ability to look at and create content from the point of view of the customer, advocating for their needs when in conflict with business requirements- Strong interpersonal, analytical and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously- Must be detail-oriented and deadline-focused- A demonstrated ability to navigate and perform in large organizations- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Word**Pay and Benefits**Kimberly-Clark is committed to offering competitive pay and benefits, including but not limited to:- 401(k) with match- Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Plans- HSA- Life Insurance- Paid Parental Leave- Paid Time Off (PTO)- For Kimberly-Clark to grow and prosper, we must be an inclusive organization that applies the diverse experiences and passions of its team members to brands that make life better for people all around the world.
