Your opinion matters to us and we make it our business to hear your voice and create an optimal environment for you to do your best work.- Check out our _Careers_ page for more information on how we work_- _**Responsibilities**:- Developing and implementing customer experience strategies and initiatives- Leading the customer experience team- Training and educating new team members- Monitoring and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs)- Ensuring consistent and positive customer interactions- Participating in handling overdue accounts and ensuring timely payments- Ad-hoc tasks**Requirements**:- Extensive experience in customer service, customer experience management, or a related field- Experience as a Team Lead / Project Manager / Project Coordinator- Familiarity with project management principles and practices- Good command of the English language- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Sounds like an exciting challenge for you?
