**Job Summary**
We are looking for a **Customer Support Team Lead** to join our team. As a Customer Support Team Lead, your main responsibility will be leading customer support team, training new team members and reporting to Customer Support Manager.
Working hours**:1 - 9pm**

**Responsibilities**:
- Developing and implementing customer support strategies and initiatives
- Leading the customer support team
- Training and educating new team members
- Monitoring and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensuring consistent and positive customer interactions
- Participating in handling overdue accounts and ensuring timely payments
- Ad-hoc tasks
**Requirements**:
- Extensive experience in customer service, customer experience management, or a related field
- Experience as a Team Lead / Project Manager / Project Coordinator
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices
- Good command of the English language
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
