**Job Summary**

We’re looking for a **Collections Team Lead** to oversee the collections process and lead a dedicated team. In this role, you’ll ensure timely follow-up on outstanding balances while maintaining strong and respectful client relationships. We’re looking for someone with excellent communication and negotiation skills who enjoys working with people and supporting team success.

Working hours**:1 - 9pm**

**Responsibilities:**
- Improving and overseeing the collections process
- Training and educating new team members
- Monitoring and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Contact customers to collect overdue payments
- Maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with customers
- Investigate historical data for each debt or bill
- Support timely debt payments and resolve billing issues
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies

**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience as a Collections Specialist or in a similar role
- Experience as a Team Lead / Project Manager / Project Coordinator
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques
- Comfortable working with targets
- Patience and ability to manage high volume of customer requests
- Problem-solving skills
