Overview

Senior Strategy/Management Consultant (BRL 35K/month PJ) at NOUS LATAM. Hybrid contract in São Paulo, 4 months with extension possibility, 3x per week, Zona Sul.

Responsibilities
  • Lead client engagements across industries and problem statements.
  • Develop analytics strategies and programs for large regional/global clients leveraging data and technology to unlock client value.
  • Own key relationships with mid-level to senior client stakeholders; assess client agenda, internal culture, and change readiness.
  • Lead team to deliver insights and recommendations; deliver client presentations; mentor junior consultants.
  • Collaborate with Product and Business Development to scope projects, create solutions, and build intellectual capital.
  • Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship to junior consultants.
Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree with data and analytics experience in BI and/or descriptive, predictive, or prescriptive analytics.
  • Experience coaching/managing teams across multiple projects and managing key client relationships.
  • Knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership.
  • Ability to identify new business development opportunities; experience drafting proposals and scoping opportunities.
  • Analytical, interpretive, problem-solving skills; ability to analyze large data sets and synthesize findings.
  • Data analytics experience with tools (Python, R, SQL, SAS); building/managing databases; data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Effective communication in English and the local language; eligibility to work and travel as required; ability to travel to client sites semi-regularly.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Data analytics experience in Hadoop framework and coding with Impala, Hive, or PySpark.
  • Experience generating new knowledge or innovative solutions; relevant industry expertise.
  • Master's degree with relevant specialization (not required).
