Overview Join to apply for the Senior Accountant - Analista de Controladoria Sênior role at Apex Group Ltd . In the Finance area, the team certifies the adequacy of balance sheet accounts, presents monthly P&L variances and adherence to the Budget, and is responsible for annual budgeting, monthly tracking, and sending balance-to-system reconciliation reports. We seek analytical professionals with urgency, teamwork, and strong communication skills in Portuguese and English, able to organize work using tools like MS Excel and Data Analytics. Principais Responsabilidades Analyzing and reviewing accounting entries and ensuring proper accounting classification. Preparing explanations of monthly P&L variations and variances between actual and budget. Reconciling balances with supporting reports. Creating databases for monthly director presentations. Assisting in proposing improvements to the accounting and reporting process. Experiências e Qualificações Essenciais Formation in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Finance. Knowledge of the financial market, especially the investment funds industry. Strong mathematical and statistical skills. Accounting knowledge. English: Advanced. Conhecimentos necessários para a função Experience with routine accounting processes. Experience in accounting/controllership/FP&A of Investment Funds. Proficiency with the Office suite. Knowledge in Programming (VBA, SQL, R or Python). Operational and analytical mindset to meet daily deadlines; ability to prioritize daily demands by importance and volume. Proactivity in seeking information, solutions, alternatives, and understanding processes to meet area needs and results. Comfort communicating with internal clients and internal/external auditors.
