Position overview:
As an Executive Assistant, you will support our CEO with strategic and operational daily tasks. This role is crucial for ensuring the CEO's productivity and efficiency and involves organizing internal company events.
Your role and main responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Coordinate the CEO's appointments, meetings, and events to optimize time and priorities;
- Travel Planning: Organize domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and detailed itineraries;
- Internal Event Coordination: Plan and manage corporate events such as meetings, workshops, and celebrations;
- Communication: Act as a point of contact between the CEO and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication;
- Personal Assistance: Handle personal tasks and errands for the CEO with discretion;
- Documentation and Reports: Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and relevant documents for decision-making;
- Task Prioritization: Anticipate needs, troubleshoot issues, and handle tasks promptly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or related fields;
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant;
- Advanced/Fluent English is required; Spanish is a plus;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills;
- Proactive, discreet, and able to handle confidential information;
- Flexible to adapt to unexpected changes;
- Business-oriented mindset;
- Hands-on approach;
- Ability to work autonomously;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
