Job Description The role of Training Coordinator is pivotal in ensuring seamless training session delivery and effective stakeholder management. Key responsibilities include analyzing training needs, determining session requirements, initiating and managing requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation, as well as ensuring proper execution of training sessions. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential in this role, along with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Required Skills & Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations Exposure to an international work environment High-level understanding of the training landscape Customer service-oriented posture Team player skills Ability to communicate clearly and concise thoughts Attention to detail Structured and organized approach Prioritization skills Knowledge of Salesforce or any other CRM Fluency in English What We Offer A dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
