**CATEGORY LEAD I**
**Job description**:
- Execute comprehensive sub category strategies ensuring best in class execution to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost. (Sourcing, Supplier selection, Negotiating, Supplier Capacity Management, Supplier Agreements, Supplier Development, Tenders, Product Budgets, to support multiple manufacturing locations)
- Initiate and monitor the development process by identifying the need for new partners, performing the commercial analysis through RFI, RFQ, etc. and give inputs to the quality area of suppliers for quality and technical audits;
- Monitor the performance of the suppliers of its category through the KPIs of the sector, acting in case of unsatisfactory performance, either by involving the Global team of its category (Global suppliers) and / or seeking the development of alternative sources of supply (national suppliers);
- Ensure the best commercial conditions and production capacity with suppliers for FMC projects through the development of medium-long term contracts
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in the supply chain through the analysis of purchased products
- Assist the commercial area in the proposal phase of new projects, providing market information, quotes and cost estimates;
- Location: Eco Sapucaí - Cidade Nova, Rio de Janeiro, RJ
**You are meant for this job if**:
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics and related areas
- Fluent English
- Understanding of contracts/terms & conditions,
- Experience with supplier management.
- Experience in Oil & Gas industry,
- Experience with procurement, product and manufacturing processes.
- Microsoft software.
