**Marketing Science Partner, Agencies Responsibilities**:- Work with a broad array of Meta's agencies and advertisers to support clients in measuring true business value and growing their businesses through Meta's' ad platforms, managing a complex set of relationships across the agency groups, functions to include C-suite, strategy teams, data and analytics teams, client directors, paid social teams and planning directors.- Proactively communicates project strategy, goals and progress to others, maintaining governance and alignment between different cross-functional teams- Conduct in-depth custom analysis and ad effectiveness studies to understand the relative impact of different marketing strategies across digital platforms and across media- Partner with Meta's sales team to deliver customized consultancy services for a small set of agencies- Support the marketing and scaling teams in promoting learnings in their material (case studies, white papers, and presentations) extracting value from the learnings that makes sense to the clients, communicating complex research results to general audiences- Deliver training and inspirational sessions for groups of all sizes both internally and externally- Drive adoption of Meta measurement solutions and standards when relevant for all partners**Minimum Qualifications**:- BA/BS degree in Statistics, Socials Sciences, Mathematics, Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration/Economics/Finance/Engineering or related field- 3+ years of experience using data to support decision making- Communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally and influence clients- Experience communicating technical content to general audiences- Direct experience independently scoping and executing analytical projects from start to finish- Experience with analytical tools such as advanced Excel, statistical packages like R or Python, along with the understanding of main statistics concepts- Availability to travel occasionally after Covid restrictions- Proactive learning mindset- Advanced SQL skills- Fluent in Portuguese and English
