As a Partner Marketing Manager on the Ecosystem Partnerships team, you will be responsible for supporting regional LATAM partners in the TikTok marketing program reporting to the Partner Marketing Program Manager.

TikTok Ecosystem partnerships are a critical means of accelerating the global sales of TikTok's paid media offering by working with 3rd party developers to build products that make marketing on TikTok easy, effective and scalable.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute regional partner marketing strategy to articulate TikTok's value proposition to our partners including media agencies, resellers, creative agencies and industry associations
- Activate integrated marketing campaigns including partner training, sales enablement, PR, advertising, social media, and industry partnerships
- Support regional and global events that are TikTok owned, partner owned, or industry related from a programming or strategic standpoint
- Work closely with crossfunctional stakeholders global marketing, product, and sales teams to localize narratives and drive marketing programs for ad sellers, current partners, marketers, and merchants
- Craft narratives and communicate the value proposition of partners to all stakeholders and ensure that effective collateral and packages are created
- Project management for internal processes involving comms, legal, and operations

**Qualifications**:

- 4+ years of experience in marketing, communications, advertising or technology industries
- A fast learner with a great sense of judgment, design sensibilities, and creative thinking
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change
- Strong understanding of the advertising industry and media agency landscape
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with peers and managers, both internally and externally
- Experience presenting to internal and external audiences at all levels of seniority

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working as part of an international team
- Strong product acumen
- Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English is required
