**Lead of Global Digital Ecosystem Engagement**
Is key leadership member of the Product and Experience Innovation team within Technology Delivery, and supports Takeda business priorities by ensuring Takeda has wide access to and collaboration with globally and regionally leading external innovation partners.
**Detailed Objectives**:
- Translate short and long term business priorities into operational ecosystem engagements to achieve department and functional goals;
- Set-up Takeda digital and technology ecosystem strategy in cooperation with DD&T and other key Takeda functions; Establish clear way to prioritize digital ecosystem team work on global and regional level;
- Work cross functionally across Takeda, including, but not limited to, with other DD&T units, regional DD&T councils, R&D, Medical, Global Product Teams, Patient Value teams, Business Units, and LOC’s and Takeda Innovation Network hubs, to accelerate and enhance the partnership with Takeda’s businesses to leverage and create collaboration and acceleration at scale
- Ensure that the Digital Ecosystem Engagement team collaborates across Takeda with internal stakeholders;
- Collaborate and support regional innovation hubs and ecosystem efforts to ensure Takeda digital ecosystem approach is efficient and aligned globally;
- Collaborate with the P&XI Global Innovation Leads, Experience Design team and Advanced Technology Product Managers to ensure external ecosystem engagements are integrated across the innovation life cycle.
- Support Head of Product & Experience Innovation on portfolio and strategy planning, including resource planning, financial, and capacity assessments;
- Attract and retain digital and technology partnership and innovation talent; build a high performing team that improves time to value across the partnership life cycle.
- Drive adoption of digital and agile ways of working and innovation culture across Takeda in partnership with other Takeda functions;
- Ensure that digital ecosystem activities support the creation of Takeda digital health vision with high quality business intelligence on emerging technologies and business innovations;
- Set-up and lead scouting, foresight and strategic intelligence practice;
- Set-up and maintain clear governance for partnerships, including funding models, contracting, legal, and IPR, and formal partnering models.
- Define strategy and operational tactics for establishing Takeda as globally preferred digital health partner and offering, including:
- Create high quality partnership deal flow
- Create end to end (E2E) partnership process resulting in strategic, high impact and scalable innovation partnerships between Takeda business units and external partners;
- Increase Takeda external footprint in digital health and tech ecosystems by expanding the iChallenge platform and leverage its use in collaboration with main BUs and regional innovation hubs.
- Set-up a strategy and implementation tactics for Takeda digital accelerator program;
- Partner internal to support Takeda’s growing intrapreneurship’ programs and connect internal innovators to external innovation networks.
- Enable efficient and uniform partnership management processes and culture by setting up key capabilities and tools, including Partnership Management and Index Platform.
- Set-up strategic partnerships with key incubators, networks, hubs to expand and maintain Takeda digital ecosystem;
- Explore actively new ways to engage with high priority ecosystem players;
- Participate at leading global digital health events globally;
- Create “Takeda digital partnership story” projected through internal and external communications and evangelizing; Align with corporate communications and other key internal stakeholders the “Takeda digital partnership story”;
