**About the Team**:
We are looking for a Creative Partner Manager to join our team in São Paulo. TikTok marketing partnerships are a critical means of accelerating the global sales of TikTok's paid media offering by working with partners that make marketing on TikTok easy, effective and scalable. As a Creative Partner Manager, you will identify, source and develop creative partnerships that will help TikTok marketers scale using their offering. Additionally, you are expected to provide deep product insight and ongoing consultative support to TikTok's sales team and their clients.

The immediate focus will be on production and creator platform partnerships. The end goal is to drive advertiser adoption, revenue, to increase the quality of creative on TikTok and to ease the connection between brands and creators.

**Responsibilities**:

- Independently identify, source and develop high impact creative partnerships.
- Create scalable partnership models.
- Build and deliver compelling presentations compelling presentations and articulate sophisticated product vision and strategies.
- Lead multiple engagements simultaneously.
- Maintain direct and active relationships with strategic partners, including contract negotiation and on-boarding, proactively resolving business, technical, and integration issues and serving as an internal advocate to our partners.
- Work cross-functionally with product and product marketing to position the partner solutions in the best combinations with TikTok ad products and to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Drive product and partner adoption and provide ongoing education about new and existing Tiktok marketing partner products.
- Provide consultative services to TikTok sales and account management teams whose clients are implementing partner enabled solutions/tools.
- Work with our partners to prospect and recruit new advertisers to TikTok.
- Represent TikTok in external meetings with executives from other companies while displaying the highest personal integrity and ethics.

**Qualifications**:

- 4-7 years of client-facing experience in advertising sales, partner management or business development.
- Experience generating new business from sourcing to closing strategic deals.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Experience developing product integrations with third parties.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with peers and managers, both internally and externally.
- Quantitative/analytical experience.
- Experience working as part of an international team.
- Strong product acumen.
- Experience presenting to internal and external audiences at all levels of seniority.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is required. Spanish is a plus.
