Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience working with relationship management in a consultative sales, account management or similar role.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Portuguese fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

- Broad account/partnership management or business development experience with ad solutions (e.g., Google Ad Manager, AdSense, AdMob).
- Experience in engaging with customers via one on one interactions or direct quota-carrying roles.
- Experience working with the News, Commerce or Video ads ecosystem.
- Ability to speak and write in Spanish fluently.

In this role, you will manage partners through understanding their core business objectives. You will work to grow their business in addition to other growth opportunities that will enable their long term success. You will work with a broad range of cross-functional and cross-regional teams to identify impactful collaborations and provide them advanced offerings. You will continue to cultivate partnerships to make sure our customers can take full advantage of Google's suite of offerings. You will contribute effective relationship-building skills and identify win-win opportunities with partners in order to best represent our users, products, and programs.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage growth strategy under an assigned book of portfolio across Brazil Partners.
- Build a high impact and innovative culture that puts our partner and user first. Run innovative safe to fail experiments with a focus on proactively increasing publisher earnings.
- Be accountable for our businesses Key Performance Indicators and pipeline management expectations.
- Drive business success by taking responsibility for implementing strategies that address publisher opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Online Partnerships Group and across functional teams in multiple offices, to maximize impact of in-market partner engagements by providing excellent leadership and collaboration across the team.
