Location: Remote but must be located in Brazil

Duration : 6-month contract with possible extension

Pay Rate: $23.00- $25.00 per hour.

Must Haves
  • 3+ years of QA automation experience
  • Experience writing the automation QA process, understanding where the system has failed (if applicable), and has done both the manual & automated QA testing
  • Experienced with API testing
  • Experienced with PostgreSQL
  • Experience with one of the following tools for performance testing and stress testing: Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Apache JMeter, or similar
  • Comfortable with a variety of testing environments spanning from mobile application or web applications
  • Must be able to automate testing outside of .NET or Java
Plusses
  • Understand the Figma design and deliverables
  • Familiar with the AWS cloud ecosystem
Day-to-Day
  • Insight Global is looking for a QA Automation Engineer to work remotely for one of their clients based out of the US. This person will be responsible for helping with 5 new products that are in production and waiting to go live for clients.
  • Responsible for first manual testing, then automated testing to ensure there are no defects before products face clients.
  • Detect and resolve defects arising in production; understand business rules and expected outputs.
  • Ensure systems follow Figma designs; familiarity with Figma design and deliverables.
  • Produce a testing results report; begin with manual testing, then write scripts to automate testing.
  • Most client data is hosted in AWS; familiarity with the AWS ecosystem is a plus.
  • Clients range from Fortune 50 companies to startups; strong communication and adaptability are important.
