Senior Product Manager

The most impactful digital products in the market today are the direct result of a seamless blend of business strategy, design and technology. Orchestrating this behind-the-scenes integration is a Product Manager, who prioritizes the customer experience from vision to execution and, together with their team, guides all workstreams toward a common vision and plan for delivery. Senior Product Managers collaborate with stakeholders to understand the business drivers and define the desired customer and business outcomes. Alongside product teams, they define and validate product features, prioritize work and measure the product's performance. Job ResponsibilitiesApply Generative Machine Learning models and other AI capabilities to address complex business needs. Integrate data throughout all stages of the product development lifecycle to ensure informed decision-making and maximum value delivery. Cultivate meaningful relationships with client stakeholders, bridging technical and business perspectives while understanding their strategy, structure, and business model. Guide the overall product development lifecycle and continuously deliver value to clients. Define the go‑to‑market strategy in partnership with the client and plan for operational readiness to support the product. Build a shared product vision and roadmap, and continually guide the team throughout delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders and the product team to frame and run rapid experiments to test new business ideas. Define key metrics of success with client stakeholders and use data to inform decisions. Track industry trends and the competitive landscape, performing research and data analysis to generate insights that inform product strategy. Evolve and prioritize the product backlog based on user research, data, and changes in the market and business. Technical SkillsMust have at least upper intermediate English. Experience as a Product Manager on the Databricks and Delta Lake platforms. Experience delivering successful data‑driven products to market, leveraging insights from AI and machine learning models. Ability to shape a product vision and strategy, translating both into a roadmap with clear business and customer value‑based measures of success. Experience in user research and an understanding of design methods and processes. Passion and perseverance for creating best‑in‑class software products that deliver an outstanding customer experience. Good understanding of agile software development practices. Use customer data to understand user needs, product performance, and value created for the customer. Professional SkillsEnjoy leveraging data‑driven insights and advanced product design techniques to create innovative solutions for complex business challenges. Experience applying generative machine learning models and other AI capabilities to deliver tangible business value. Enjoy collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to align AI and data initiatives with product strategy, technical implementation, and business objectives. Bias for action and ability to break down complex problems into tangible steps that drive product development at speed. Analytical mindset with the capability to gather the right requirements and market data analysis to support product decisions. Right‑brained storytelling skills to synthesize research insights into clear, impactful messaging.
